HOW IT WORKS
To join online classes, please purchase an online class drop-in (or use your class pack / membership) and register for each class. Each class registration is only applicable for the person registered. If you want to practice with a friend or more (the more the merrier) and join from the same device, please ensure everyone is individually registered for the class.
We kindly ask you to keep your camera on, so we can connect with you from wherever you are, and offer verbal assisting.
Due to limited demand at the moment, please register for online classes at least 4 hours before the class - this ensures we see your booking and set up for the online class in time.
Once you're registered for an online class, you'll receive the Zoom link via email 30 minutes before the class, and you'll also have access to it from momoyoga.

Ease into it. This class is perfect for beginners, but suited to all who wish to refine their practice through a deeper, slower exploration.
This is a foundational vinyasa class. Vinyasa is a method of practicing asana (physical poses) in a sequence, where movement is aligned with breath and intention. This is less intense than our other vinyasa-based classes, and slightly shorter, but is designed as a 'complete' yoga practice - expect a warm-up, sun salutations, standing asanas, backward bending, forward bending and gentle inversions, together with yoga philosophy, meditation, breathwork and guided relaxation.
If you're newer to the practice, feeling like something lighter, or just want to flow and be more present, this is for you.
