HOW IT WORKS
To join online classes, please purchase an online class drop-in (or use your class pack / membership) and register for each class. Each class registration is only applicable for the person registered. If you want to practice with a friend or more (the more the merrier) and join from the same device, please ensure everyone is individually registered for the class.
We kindly ask you to keep your camera on, so we can connect with you from wherever you are, and offer verbal assisting.
Due to limited demand at the moment, please register for online classes at least 4 hours before the class - this ensures we see your booking and set up for the online class in time.
Once you're registered for an online class, you'll receive the Zoom link via email 30 minutes before the class, and you'll also have access to it from momoyoga.
-----
Unwind and reset - ideal if you're seeking to recharge your batteries and take a break from the busy days and mental fatigue. And there will be no sweat involved - so you can continue your Friday evening in any way you want...
Combining light asana (postures) with pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and relaxation, this class will nurture body and mind. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this will help clear mental clutter, and invite a profound sense of calm. The focus is on yogic practices usually missing from today's dynamic yoga classes.
The class structure varies weekly - expect a diverse combination of practices, from light body opening to restorative asana, from kriyas (yogic cleansing) to pranayama, from guided meditation to deep relaxation.
This is mostly a non-dynamic, relaxing class. Suitable for all levels.
Taught in English.
Some weeks, props might help (but won't be necessary). No worries if you don't have a bolster and bricks at home. You can just get creative - pick up a couple of pillows of different sizes, a blanket to roll up or fold (instead of a bolster), and maybe even some books (instead of bricks).
