Description

This class honours the traditional roots of hatha yoga, combining gentle physical postures with breath control (pranayama) and meditation. The postures (asanas) practiced are designed to improve posture, increase flexibility, and release tension in the muscles and joints, while also stimulating the body’s energy channels to promote a sense of vitality and wellbeing. Pranayama practices help balance the body's energy, while guided meditation leads to a calmer mind and deeper inner awareness.

This is mostly a non-dynamic, relaxing class. Suitable for all levels.

Taught in Romanian, or in English (if there is any practitioner that does not speak Romanian).
