Description
AA shorter and more gentle yoga flow that goes right into a restorative practice at the end. Expect to have the best of both worlds!
This is an accessible, moderately dynamic class initially, finishing in a still and regenerative experience. Suitable for all levels, all shapes, all energy levels.
Taught in Romanian, or in English (if there is any practitioner that does not speak Romanian).
