Dynamic Flow is a Vinyasa Yoga practice that links breath and movement through a creative series of postures. Each posture is linked together which makes it almost feel 'dance like'. This practice not only builds flexibility, strength, and balance but also promotes a deep connection between the body and breath. This encourages a meditative state, helping to release tension, increase focus, and cultivate a sense of calm.
