Join Adarsh Williams and the Ashtanga Yoga Groningen community for a special 2-hour gathering that goes beyond the usual class. Together we’ll explore the essential tools of yoga — practices that cleanse, energize, and focus both body and mind.
Program:
🌀 Yoga Kriya & Pranayama – breath and cleansing practices to awaken energy
🎶 Mantra & Meditation – sound and stillness to open the heart and quiet the mind
🧘 Asana & Vinyasa – a guided movement practice rooted in the Ashtanga tradition
We’ll close by sharing coffee, tea, and prasad, a chance to relax and connect as a community.
