Bienvenido a nuestro evento: Durante esta clase de hatha yoga de 75 min, practicamos meditación, pranayama, saludos al sol, algunas posturas clásicas para alargar y mover la columna vertebral y la relajación. De cansado a revivido. Te sentirás bien todo el día! Vas aprendiendo posturas, variaciones y pautas para practicar en casa.

Esta clase está abierta a TODOS los niveles, ya sea que seas un principiante absoluto o has practicado mucho. La clase será en inglés - todos son bienvenidos :)
Ven con tu esterilla o te puedo dejar una si me escribes con antelación al reservar o 4 horas antes.
Ponte ropa cómoda para estirarte. Es mejor no comer una comida pesada 2-3 horas antes de la clase.
La clase es a las 12h hasta las 13:15h. Después tenemos un picnic si quieres llevar algo para ti o para compatir, or pasar tiempo en el parque. :)

Welcome to our event: During this 75 min hatha yoga class we will practice a meditation, breathing exercises, sun salutations, some classic poses to lengthen and move your spine, and relaxation. From tired to revived :) You will feel great for the rest of the day! You will also learn poses with variations which you can practice at home.

We also have a Whatsapp group, which I can add you to after your first class.
This class is open to ALL levels, whether you are an absolute beginner or more experienced yoga. The class will be in English - everyone is welcome :)
Please bring your own mat or message me - on reserving or at least 4 hours before - if you want me to bring you one
You can wear anything that is comfortable for you to stretch in. It is best not to eat a heavy meal 2-3 hours before class.
The class will be from 12pm to 1.15pm. Afterwards we have a picnic if you'd like to join, bring something for you, or to share or just hang out in the park :)
