Vinyasa flow with hip openers

This is an active class with a vinyasa flow sequence of some warrior pose variations, side angle pose Utthita Parsvakonasana as hip openers. We also include standing figure four Eka Pada Utkatasana and flying pigeon Eka Pada galavasana. We slow down for some backbends and supine twists at the end.
