Hatha flow with chair pose, side planks and balances

We start from standing doing a simple breathing exercise and going straight into sun salutations with variations, then move into side plank variations and some balances. Lots of chair poses :). The class winds down with classic hip openers such as lizard and pigeon, and includes a half happy baby pose. This class is energising, strengthening and relaxing.
