Present in everything and everyone, Yin and Yang describe the opposing forces that are opposite yet interconnected to balance each other (sun/moon, night/day, passive/dynamic).

Yin Yang yoga blends two yoga styles into one practice: the dynamic energy of Yang in Vinyasa flow through standing sequences and the stillness of Yin through passively holding floor poses. Combining these two styles provides a balanced, one hour session with Yang stimulating blood flow, building strength, and increasing stamina while Yin calms the body by working on deep, dense connective tissue and joints helping to improve flexibility and relieve stress.
There must be at least 2 people registered to make the class happen.
