She made Harlingen her home when she joined her family business, Scoggins Construction Company as their office manager. She became incredibly involved in the Junior League of Harlingen (serving as President) and the Associated General Contractors. Stacey is married to Dr. Jim Rowe, and together they are actively involved with the Harlingen Country Club. She started attending yoga in 2009 at Ahimsa Yoga, which later became Aum Yoga Studio.
