A glorious 75-minute mid-summer celebration, this group class consists of both Yin and Yang style practises. This class will begin with gentle Hatha (to stretch and strengthen the muscles) and transition into slow Yin poses (that clam the mind and restore the body) and finished with a rejuvenating extra length relaxation and meditation practise.
An opportunity to practise our breathing, meditation and take time to unwind from our busy lives, this class will leave your feeling blissful, relaxed and renewed.
