Rachel teaches yoga grounded in compassionate guidance and lived experience. Influenced by Vanda Scaravelli’s approach, her classes invite a deep sense of embodiment and awareness, focusing on internal experience rather than external form.
She trained on one of the UK’s leading Scaravelli-inspired teacher training programmes and was later invited to return as an assistant teacher — an experience that continues to inform her thoughtful and inquisitive approach to practice and teaching.
