Meditation & Yin

25 October 2026 • 10:00 - 11:00
Lynn Drew
My name is Lynn, and my path has always been woven with threads of both spirit and creativity. I am a Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, Sound Meditation Teacher, and Cacao Ceremony Facilitator — but more than titles, I am a guide for those who long to journey inward and discover the magic that resides within. My own story began with curiosity for the mind and spirit, leading me to graduate in Psychology at the age of 40, and later to explore meditation, sound, and ceremony as gateways to healing and self-discovery. I love to create spaces filled with soft light, crystals, incense, and the quiet hum of possibility — sanctuaries where the outside world fades and the inner world awakens. This is the heart of my work: to hold safe, magical spaces where we can breathe, connect, and remember that we are so much more than we ever imagined.

Description

Yin Yoga is a slow paced practice, here postures are held for longer periods of time between 3 to 5 minutes to work deeply into the connective tissues of the body. This approach to yoga where you perform the majority of the poses seated on the floor or laying down, offers deeper access to the body with the aim of lubricating and protecting our joints as well as stimulating the energetic flow of the subtle body. Suitable for beginners and experience yogis alike.
