Ste brings a calm, grounded and inclusive approach to yoga, shaped by nearly a decade of personal practice and study across India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
What began as a way to ease old skateboarding injuries soon grew into a lifelong journey of yoga, movement, and mindful living. Ste blends Hatha yoga with breathwork, meditation and elements of Qigong to create a practice that feels supportive, steady and deeply restorative.

Restorative Vinyasa-
This class is a space for you to pause and let your mind and body slow. We will move through a more restorative sequence, spending more time in poses and focussing on engaging our mind, body and breath. You can expect a comforting and centering practice, perfect if you’re looking for some gentle ‘you time’ or a deep stretch.
