I'm Lin and I’ve been teaching Pilates since 2020, what started as a personal passion for mindful movement quickly turned into a full-on love affair and new career path. Inspired by a lifelong love of dance music and the energy of festivals, I love bringing that same energy into my classes - mixing classic Pilates moves with rhythmic, feel-good flows set to pop and dance tracks.
My sessions are all about moving with joy - challenging your body, lifting your mood, and leaving you feeling strong, stretched, and smiling (often without realising how hard you’ve worked!). Expect upbeat playlists, dynamic sequences, and a welcoming space where everyone can have fun while getting a seriously good workout.
Description
Party Pilates is a twist on classic Pilates - its a total body, equipment free mat-based workout to pop and dance hits! Easy to follow routines that will challenge all the muscles and focusing on building core strength, and all over body toning. This class is suitable for all level of fitness.
