Join Karen in a relaxing evening to help reset the mind, body, and soul. In this 45 minute mediation Karen will play her Peter Hess singing bowls and gong fully immersing you in a truly unique experience. Bring whatever you need to be comfortable - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, etc.
