We set our intentions during July 17 New Moon Ceremony now it's time to bring those intentions to fruition with the August 30 full moon.
Watch for overdoing and paranoid or fear-driven actions. Take time to nurture your relationships and accept support from others.
We will begin class with breath, followed by the full moon, hip opening sequence. Class will end with a gong and sound bowl meditation. Stay after for social hour where we will be making smudge wands. Bring little trinkets and feathers if you have any to attach to your smudge wand otherwise, we will provide the supplies needed for the workshop.
$30 investment. Registration required.
