Ayurveda Yoga is a holistic practice that weaves together the wisdom of yoga with the ancient principles of Ayurveda—the sister science focused on balance, rhythm, and individualized wellness.
In this class, movement, breath, and mindfulness are intentionally designed to support your unique constitution (dosha) and the current season. Expect a blend of grounding, energizing, or calming practices depending on what the body and mind need most.
Through thoughtful sequencing, pranayama (breathwork), and moments of stillness, Ayurveda Yoga helps restore balance, improve digestion and energy flow, and bring you back into alignment with your natural state.
