Philosophy: Raja, Bhakti, Karma & Patanjali
Teaching: Standing poses & alignment
Anatomy: Pelvic girdle
This training is open for registration. You may apply for the full weekend or choose to attend Saturday only or Sunday only, depending on your interest. It’s a wonderful opportunity for current trainees, yoga teachers seeking continuing education, or dedicated students ready to deepen their practice.
