🕉️ Yoga Nidra with Theresa

As the seasons shift, we invite you to slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect within. Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that brings the body into profound relaxation while keeping the mind gently aware.

In this practice, Theresa will guide you through breath, body awareness, and visualization techniques that soothe the nervous system, support restful sleep, and restore balance during the cooler, quieter months.

✨ Offered seasonally through April on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, this class is the perfect way to ground, release stress, and nourish yourself from the inside out.

All are welcome—no experience necessary. Just bring your mat, a cozy blanket, and an open heart. 💫
