This 6-week series is designed to give you the confidence and tools to step onto your mat with ease. Each week builds on the last, introducing you to foundational postures, proper alignment, breath awareness, and simple meditation techniques. You’ll learn how to safely use props, modify poses for your body, and connect movement with breath in a way that feels accessible and empowering.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, this course offers a supportive, small-group environment where you can ask questions, grow at your own pace, and discover the many benefits of yoga—strength, flexibility, balance, and stress relief. By the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll feel prepared to join group classes with confidence and carry your practice into daily life.
