Our next Advanced Yoga Studies & Teacher Training weekend is coming up! Join us November 14 & 15 for another powerful weekend of study, practice, and connection. 🧘♀️
This module’s focus:
🕉️ Philosophy: The 8 Limbs of Yoga & The Kleshas — exploring yogic wisdom and the roots of transformation.
🧘♀️ Teaching Focus: Backbends & Building Safe Alignment — learning to create stability and openness in the heart space.
💀 Anatomy: Front & Back Line of the Body — understanding the kinetic chain and how it supports movement and breath.
This module is open to all current trainees, teachers seeking continuing education, or dedicated students ready to deepen their practice. 🌿
$250 includes both Saturday and Sunday
