Throughout this series, you will learn:
Basic yoga postures and how to practice them safely
Mindful alignment and the purpose of yoga props
Foundational breath techniques to calm and regulate the nervous system
Gentle introductions to meditation and relaxation practices
How to build consistency in your personal yoga routine
Each week builds gradually upon the last, giving you the time and space to grow at a comfortable pace. By the end of the series, you'll feel more confident stepping into any beginner-friendly class on our schedule.
