Description
Yin- Yasa which incorporates the yin and yang of yoga honoring individuals' energetic levels at the end of the day. This class allows you to move the body and burn off excess energy (YANG), and then wind down to a deeper state of relaxation with grounding postures (Yin) as you prepare for your evening.
