Kat is a perpetual student who never stops learning and continues to regularly take courses, workshops and training. A few of Kat’s teachers include: Susi Hately, the late Michael Stone, and Junpo Denis Kelly. Kat is passionate about sharing her knowledge with her students.
In 2005, Kat became a priest in the Hollow Bones Zen Order, an American Zen Buddhist Community. She combines the practice of Ashtanga Yoga and Zen Meditation and practice in both her teaching and her life. Her teaching style is a blend of fluid movement, breath and postures. She pays close attention to alignment and proper function of the joints.
After three years of study with Susi Hatley, in 2021, Kat became an International Certified Yoga Therapist. As a yoga therapist, Kat helps people move and feel better so they live with less pain. Are you looking for relief from pain? Kat can help.
Kat is registered with the Yoga Alliance, a national non-profit organization designed to support quality yoga instruction for the public, at the Experienced level, which allows her to train teachers and students. She is registered with the Wisconsin Board of Education and has trained more than 70 yoga teachers in Green Bay and the surrounding communities.

We will explore energy, breath, mental conditioning and how the body responds to natures elements. During this brief program you will get a taste of how combining these two distinct practices can aid in healing and maintaining a healthy body and mind.

We will explore energy, breath, mental conditioning and how the body responds to natures elements. During this brief program you will get a taste of how combining these two distinct practices can aid in healing and maintaining a healthy body and mind.
This series will include: Yoga practice, chanting, breath work, nidra (yogic rest) and meditation techniques. All levels of practice are welcome to attend. No prior experience required.

Share your love of yoga with your family! Through partner poses and fun yoga games, this class will give you the tools to cultivate mindfulness, focus, and tranquility that you and your child can use in everyday life. Children and adults together will interact in this class designed for fun and exploration. We will start the class with yoga movements, breath, and relaxation. The class will end with a fun art project that the kids will be taking home with them. All are welcome to attend. No experience is necessary. An adult must accompany all children.
