Overview
Transformative Breathwork is a highly attuned meditative journey into expanded states of consciousness. One is able to stir up and create their own personalized recipe for inner healing and awakening. This sacred process includes sacred space, a cyclical breathing technique, chakra-attuned music, bodywork if needed, and group processing to establish a safe container for deep inner healing.
This experience provides a safe and sacred space that allows individuals to experience deep healing and transformation on a spiritual, mental, emotional and physical level.

Eva is a Healer, Master Breathwork Facilitator, ethical Intuitive Channeler, Healer, Spiritual Coach, Teacher and Vinyasa Yoga Instructor whose passion, experience and knowledge allows her to empower individuals to heal, transform, expand, grow and shift. She pulls from her life experience, abilities as a natural healer and extensive professional training to provide transformational healing support and services. Her role is to facilitate and enable safe spaces to cultivate your authenticity, find your truth, embody your purpose, love yourself and live the life that you want to live.

Increase circulation, mobilize joints and explore your range of motion intentionally to move inward and feel how the postures unfold. We will close our one-hour movement practice with a fifteen-minute yoga nidra, a visualization technique to encourage a state of deep relaxation and conscious awareness.
