Shi En Wong
Shi En spends a lot of her time thinking about new ways to connect movements in her body. A forever explorer, she roots her practice in Ashtanga and Hatha Vinyasa. Her teaching style is a feverish mix of technical intensity and stabs at lyrical genius. She loves borrowing from other disciplines like calisthenics and gymnastics - every class is an hour of conditioning, expression, and self-discovery.

Description

Slow the mind through deliberate, harmonious movement. Connect deeply with the body through intentional sequences of interwoven poses to awaken dormant strength. This practice unfolds with purpose, creating space to explore alignment and refine transitions. The practice isn’t about speed, but presence: the subtle power of a sustained lunge, the quiet intensity of a mindful hold. Here, patience becomes strength.
