Description
Submersion is a sensory-led practice designed to quiet the body and mind, placing emphasis on sound, feeling, and internal awareness cultivated by hypnotic movement. The physical sequence is mindful and supportive, beginning with slow vinyasa, softening into yin, and closing with an extended 10–12 minute Savasana. Live ambient sound responds to the class in real time, guiding attention away from effort and toward deep listening and rest.
