Shi En spends a lot of her time thinking about new ways to connect movements in her body. A forever explorer, she roots her practice in Ashtanga and Hatha Vinyasa. Her teaching style is a feverish mix of technical intensity and stabs at lyrical genius. She loves borrowing from other disciplines like calisthenics and gymnastics - every class is an hour of conditioning, expression, and self-discovery.
Description
The workshop brings together all the peak poses from the month’s Peak Series classes, exploring variations and deeper challenges within the same theme. It’s a chance to connect the pieces and refine your practice.
**Class Structure:**
1. **Targeted Flow:** A short, precise sequence to warm up specific required muscles and train mind-body connection for peak movements.
2. **Focused Drills:** Exercises and variations to go deeper and refine strength, stability, and alignment.
3. **Playtime:** 10–15 minutes at the end to explore the pose freely and experiment with personal variations.
**Tip:** Attend all three classes, and the workshop, to fully experience the theme and connect the pieces of the series.
