A master of balance, Erin seeks to unite yoga’s wisdom with dynamic mobility drills to harness the quiet power of harmony. She loves crafting creative, out-of-the-box flows, and sees yoga as a foundation to building a keen balance within the body. Her teaching flows between effort and ease, cultivating values of resilience, gratitude, and self-discovery both in movement, and in life. She likes to draw too!
Description
The workshop brings together all the peak poses from the month’s Peak Series classes, exploring variations and deeper challenges within the same theme. It’s a chance to connect the pieces and refine your practice.
Class Structure:
1. Targeted Flow: A short, precise sequence to warm up specific required muscles and train mind-body connection for peak movements.
2. Focused Drills: Exercises and variations to go deeper and refine strength, stability, and alignment.
3. Playtime: 10–15 minutes at the end to explore the pose freely and experiment with personal variations.
Tip: Attend all three classes, and the workshop, to fully experience the theme and connect the pieces of the series.
