Shi En Wong
Shi En spends a lot of her time thinking about new ways to connect movements in her body. A forever explorer, she roots her practice in Ashtanga and Hatha Vinyasa. Her teaching style is a feverish mix of technical intensity and stabs at lyrical genius. She loves borrowing from other disciplines like calisthenics and gymnastics - every class is an hour of conditioning, expression, and self-discovery.
Description
Slow the mind while strengthening the foundations of your practice. This class focuses on proper alignment, posture, and controlled holds, building strength through precision rather than speed. Accessible for beginners and equally beneficial for experienced practitioners seeking a slower, alignment-focused practice.
Each month, Peak Series offers three classes—one per style (Slow Flow, Mob + Flex, Vinyasa), each centered on a different peak pose within a same theme. The series ends with a workshop that ties all poses together, and explores additional variations on the theme. Experience Peak Series fully by attending every class and the end-of-month workshop to connect the pieces.
