A master of balance, Erin seeks to unite yoga’s wisdom with dynamic mobility drills to harness the quiet power of harmony. She loves crafting creative, out-of-the-box flows, and sees yoga as a foundation to building a keen balance within the body. Her teaching flows between effort and ease, cultivating values of resilience, gratitude, and self-discovery both in movement, and in life. She likes to draw too!

Fast and powerful, our Vinyasa Flow class is full of dynamic, fluid movements led by the rhythm of your breath. Learn where your limits lie, then push beyond them through sequences designed to develop strength, balance, and control while maintaining steady, efficient movement.

Each month, Peak Series offers three classes—one per style (Slow Flow, Mob + Flex, Vinyasa), each centered on a different peak pose within a same theme. The series ends with a workshop that ties all poses together, and explores additional variations on the theme. Experience Peak Series fully by attending every class and the end-of-month workshop to connect the pieces.
