A unique yoga practice where we perform traditional yoga poses with the aid and support of the yoga hammock, allowing for deeper stretches, inversions, and a gravity-defying experience, suitable for all levels including beginners. This "anti-gravity yoga" takes pressure off joints and allows for new movement variations, combining the elements of traditional yoga and pilates with a focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance.
