An introduction for beginners to the fundamental principles and poses of yoga and for more experienced yogis to expand their practice and knowledge. Each class will focus on 3-4 poses, emphasizing functional alignment and building a strong, safe foundation for a complete yoga practice. Pranayama (breath work), meditation, and mindful movement are incorporated into this class. Level 1
