Slower, mindful movements, breathwork, and meditation promote relaxation, flexibility, and stress reduction. Expect gentle challenges that you can adapt as your body needs - make the class gentle'ish when you take "upgrade" options offered, or keep it truly gentle when your body says "no thank you." Gentle classes will always include elements of mobility, balance, strength, spinal and back health. Props are always used to help support the body. Level 1-2
