Description

When the world feels loud—political division, social unrest, violence—Ahimsa invites us to begin where harm is most immediate: our own nervous system. From there, non-harm becomes a lived practice, not just a concept.

Many of us are carrying the weight of what's happening in this country. This gathering isn't about analyzing those events, but about noticing how they live in our bodies and meeting ourselves with compassion.

Ahimsa reminds us that in times of turbulence, the most revolutionary act might be choosing not to abandon ourselves—to meet our own fear, exhaustion, and overwhelm with the same care we wish to see in the world. Let's come together to help reset our collective nervous system.

Bring your mat (loaners available) and a cup for tea (provided) if you'd like.
