Yoga Bones combines weight-bearing yoga poses, creating resistance with intention, balance training, and functional movement to help support healthy bones, strong muscles, and a resilient body. Training beyond bone density, we also focus on improving posture and building strength, stability, and confidence to allow us to continue doing the things we love.
