Stability combines yoga and functional movement to help you build balance, strength, mobility, and confidence in the way you move. The focus is on developing strong feet and ankles, stable joints, proper pelvis and spinal alignment, and efficient body mechanics to enhance coordination, body awareness, and long-term movement health—both on and off the mat.
