Align & Unwind is a balanced practice that brings together gentle alignment-based movement with deeply restorative rest. The first half of class guides you through mindful, breath-led postures to create space, improve posture, and release tension in the body. The second half invites you to slow down with soothing restorative poses supported by props, allowing your nervous system to reset and your body to fully relax.
