This class blends two types of yoga into one - merging the benefits of energetic dynamic yoga sequence with combination of subtle and passive yin yoga poses. This class will begin with Vinyasa flow to build muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, and weight loss while reducing levels of stress and boosting energy. The second half of this practice is followed by passive and meditative floor poses that are held for a few minutes allowing you to sink deep into the idea of rest and digest. On a physical level, it allows us to work deeper into joints and fascia, releasing deep tension and toxins that get stored in the body over time. This class is suitable for all levels.
