Description
Perfect for moments of stress, emotional heaviness, or anytime you need to return home to yourself.
This is a slow and grounding practice that invites you to reconnect with yourself, layer by layer, through breath, stillness, and gentle shapes held with care and support.
Together, we’ll move through the different layers of your being: body, breath, mind, emotions, and energy. The practice is deeply restorative, offering space to soften, slow down, and gently support your nervous system and emotional landscape.
Through stillness and long-held postures, the body begins to shift out of “fight or flight” and into a state of rest and repair. As you settle, the physical tension starts to melt, and what lies beneath (thoughts, feelings, sensations) can gently rise and release, without force or pressure.
There’s nothing to fix here, just an invitation to be with yourself exactly as you are. With the help of props, breath awareness, and presence, this practice becomes a quiet journey inward, one of soft release, emotional clarity, and deep care.
All levels welcome.
Note: Bring mosquito repellent for your comfort.
