10 spots available
Description
Discover the foundation of hypopressive training by learning the core breathing technique that activates deep abdominal muscles and supports pelvic floor health.
This essential online session is ideal for total beginners, postpartum recovery, or anyone looking to improve core stability from within. You'll learn how to use breath to reduce intra-abdominal pressure, improve posture, and create space in the thoracic cavity—beneficial not only for rehabilitation, but also for boosting lung capacity and supporting other sports or movement practices.
We’ll focus entirely on mastering the breathing technique, the key to progressing safely and effectively in hypopressive practice. No physical postures yet — just breath awareness and activation.
✅ Recommendations
Practice on an empty stomach (2–3 hours after eating)
Choose a calm space, wear comfortable clothes, and maintain a long, neutral spine
Not recommended during pregnancy, after recent abdominal surgery, or with uncontrolled hypertension or severe pelvic organ prolapse
Postpartum? Wait until your 6–8 week check-up and medical clearance
