In this second online class, you'll begin applying the hypopressive breathing technique to fundamental postures—lying down, seated, and kneeling—designed to activate the deep core and pelvic floor safely and effectively.
This practice improves posture, reduces intra-abdominal pressure, and supports spinal alignment, making it ideal for postpartum recovery, back pain relief, and enhancing other physical activities by increasing lung capacity and core control.
No equipment needed — just your breath, a mat, and a quiet space at home.

Practice on an empty stomach (2–3 hours after eating)
Choose a calm space, wear comfortable clothes, and maintain a long, neutral spine
Not recommended during pregnancy, after recent abdominal surgery, or with uncontrolled hypertension or severe pelvic organ prolapse
