Description
This is a full body Pilates class where we move with awareness, control and breath.
We will gently wake up the whole body and then work on strength, stability and mobility — especially the core, the back, the hips and the shoulders. The movements are slow, mindful and effective, helping you build muscle, improve posture and feel more connected to your body.
The class is suitable for all levels. I always offer simple options and variations so you can move in a way that feels right for you.
You will leave feeling:
