Part III of the Surf Yoga series
This is a slow, restorative session designed to stretch, nourish, and revive tired surf muscles. The practice focuses on releasing tension in the shoulders, spine, hips, and legs while gently supporting the joints and ligaments. Through slow, mindful movement and calming breathwork, this class helps the body recover deeply so you can return to the water feeling balanced, restored, and ready for the next ocean session.
Even if you are not a surfer, this class will still be incredibly beneficial to restore your entire body.
