Nate Guadagni
Nate Guadagni has been teaching mind-body practices full-time for nearly 20 years. He is the founder of Balance for Life and creator of Bo Yoga®, a system that blends yoga, qigong, and mindful movement using a unique balance bar for support and stability.
Over the years, Nate has taught thousands of students in yoga studios, senior centers, fitness clubs, and online communities. His passion is making mindful movement accessible, safe, and effective for older adults, helping them build strength, balance, and confidence at any age.
In addition to teaching, Nate has trained and certified instructors across the U.S. and internationally, equipping them with the tools to serve their communities with skill and compassion. His approach integrates the wisdom of Qigong, the structure of Senior Fitness, and the adaptability of Bo Yoga, offering a holistic pathway for health and longevity.
When he’s not teaching, Nate enjoys flying his drone, making videos and spending time with his family in Eugene, Oregon.

The Radiant Family Meditation Course allows you and your kids to learn how to meditate, practice self-care, and sleep better.
Enjoy quality time with your family while developing healthy evening routines.

- Breathing practices

How does it work?
We will meet each week for 9 weeks, helping to establish life-long skills for the whole family.
Classes will be offered live, on Zoom. Once you register, you will receive a link that will work for the whole class series.
For everyone’s comfort and privacy, classes will not be recorded and therefore, no replays will be available.

About the teachers:
Nate Guadagni has been teaching yoga, qigong, and meditation full time for over 15 years. He is the founder of Bo Yoga® and Balance for Life wellness programs. He is the director of the Bo Yoga for Kids and Qi Kids programs and is certified in Brain Education for Kids.
Roya Saadi is a certified Middle School teacher and Kundalini yoga instructor. She is certified in Brain Education for Kids and a Junior Youth Leader. She loves working with young people to develop confidence, self-love, and joy and through the healing arts.
