Deniz van Gennip (1987) is a BASI Pilates Certified Instructor, PSSE Schroth Certified Therapist for Scoliosis, Scolio-Pilates Certified Instructor & Pre & Post-natal Pilates Instructor Certified by BASI Pilates. She has been teaching Pilates since 2015.
Description
Level: Intermediate
Goals: Strengthening abs, back, arms & Full Body Workout.
Stretching Calf, Obliques, Hips, Quads and Hamstring at the end of the class will make you feel very good and ready to run pain-free😎
I'll add Balance exercises as well.

- 12 Hour Cancellation Policy.
* Cancel or change a class before to make sure no credit will be taken
- Please join a class when there is a member already attending. It is Group Pilates after all :)
* Classes with only 1 member might be cancelled. You can always bring a friend :)
