🔻50 min Mat Pilates Flow
🔻20 min of Deep Stretching with Breathing.
Every class, we will focus on fundamentals of Pilates. Breathing, Alignment, Precision, Control, Concentration, Flow, Centering & Powerhouse are some of these.
