Open Level Yoga Class - Before your day begins, while the light is bright and the birds are singing, use this class to reset your week and make your day great! Expect uplifting poses, gentle back bends to wake you up and breathe your way into the day.

Please try and arrive at least 5 mins before class starts so we can settle into our space and start on time.
